Restaurant Bodano in Bodman-Ludwigshafen

So I were looking 4 some real good southgerman kitchen but I just fount some northgerman foood. the service was under all tables and the waiter was a real Spast. very exspansieve and not cool.

Rarely has been served by such a rude bad tempered waiter. Everyone has a bad day. But that seems to be the normal state of affairs. Maybe think about a career change if it's not fun. Otherwise the food is completely overpriced. For the prices you would be treated like royalty in other good restaurants. Not recommendable!!!

I don't know why the man who served us became a waiter. His service was rude, inattentive and we weren't given a card. The second visit - everyone still has a chance - was no different. Unfortunately, we lost our appetite for a meal, but we didn't miss anything when it came to the prices. The man is apparently resting on the great location. I wish him a relaxing time and a better mood starting Monday. As a restaurateur you should want to make people happy.

Food tastes good but it doesn't taste better either. Price-performance is not right.

We were a little early and then got a Prosecco on the house until the table was disinfected and prepared for us. Service and food were impeccable. The fish platter is a dream. We will be back!!!

Wedding celebration in a cozy atmosphere. An all-round perfect interplay of attentive, friendly service, delicious and detailed dishes and a clean, contemporary atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Very unmotivated waiter, mask on his chin, no menu, invoice not handed over, was very expensive. The same view is sure to be cheaper nearby!

We went to Bodano to eat. The location is great. We have known this for a long time and had also celebrated our wedding with the previous tenant. Unfortunately, you can't continue complimenting the service. At best, this can be described as poor. Starting with a waiting time of> 40 minutes for a menu and drinks order, continuing with the waiter's eyes rolling when we complained about the inedible apple juice (later it turned out that they had "problems with the barrel") to the rebuke that they had Tips cannot be given via card payment. The food was very tasty, in my eyes good home-style but certainly not upscale cuisine. The note on the menu that supplements cannot be reordered is very irritating, only additional supplements can be booked for an additional charge. The price level is very high. Since we are looking for suitable catering for a family celebration and the food was good, we approached the waiter about this. Unfortunately, a personal conversation was not possible. We were asked to send our wishes in writing by e-mail. We did not receive the offer we asked for. However, a note that there is a minimum order value of € 2000 for catering. For our 20 planned guests, this means a price of 100 €. In my eyes an insolence. Overall, the Bodano has a beautiful location, underground service and a very high price level. In terms of price and appearance, you try to play in an upscale class. The rest of the performance does not reflect this.

The location is very good, there was a friendly waitress and a less friendly waiter. The lunch menu was good and not too expensive considering the location, and emphasis was placed on cleaning the tables between customers. Would recommend Bodano for its location

We went there twice for coffee and cake and once for dinner within a week. The ambience with the large terrace is great, the view is fantastic. The cake was delicious, the warm food was also good, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the service. On the first afternoon we were lucky, very attentive service and friendly on top of that. But I find it strange when in today's (Corona) times the service employees serve the guests without or incorrectly fitting mouth and nose protection. Our data was collected twice (due to traceability), today that was somehow no longer an issue ?! Today's service staff was completely unmotivated and almost seemed unfriendly. In summary: food good, expensive and service could be improved.

Very nice terrace with a view of the lake. The dishes were very good. Great service, with an excellent wine recommendation. Overall, we had a very successful evening.

Good restaurant with something different food. The dishes are mostly seasonal and seem to vary well. The atmosphere in the evening is nice, only the price is a bit higher

We were probably a bit unlucky. I've only heard good things so far. We therefore tried the restaurant at Pentecost. Unfortunately we were not received very politely and only reluctantly we got a drink menu. Not everyone knows what he will drink before he sits. The table was only cleaned when we got the drinks, OK- there was a lot going on, but you could have done that in advance. Our food tasted delicious. The price is high and certainly due to the situation. Without a lake view, the price would not be justified.

Great location, super delicious food. The staff was very friendly, they take time for every guest and find the right one for everyone! We were allowed to look directly at the hall to get married, because we liked it so much that we might want to get married there. So only to recommend :)

Mega good food and perfect wine. And a very competent and friendly waiter. I can only recommend! It doesn't get any better!

The restaurant is nice but, price too high for this quality. From deep frozen boxes going everything. Cheap meals from edeka , the cakes these from lidl , i think. Unfair owners, its not high level , just middle. Cheaters!

Linger with beautiful lake view. Kern's Restaurant is a modernly furnished restaurant with good food and a great view of Lake Constance. In good weather, the outdoor area is highly recommended. For families with older children is the nearby playground and the extensive park a big plus point. The service was very friendly. The prices are according to the situation elevated level, here the lunch menu can be highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit. A reservation is recommended on days with nice weather.

Food is always perfect and the view of the lake is lovely. One of my favorite places of the region

We wanted to have a meal here on our bike tour home but the waiter told my wife, in presence of our little daughter, that there was no food for us. Because we arrived between 5 and 6 p.m. we were told it was too late for cake and too early for dinner, and for doing one's work there was no point at all. The worst service we have ever experienced. Congratulation!

High quality and delicious brunches. A large selection of different dishes. You do not know what to eat first. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and invites you to linger. For the brunch, the restaurant is extended by the adjoining festival hall. There is unfortunately not quite as nice, as hall character ... However, with beautiful views of the lake :) The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Fast, friendly, delicious. Lovely view as it's directly located at the lake of Constance.
